Calling the faithful city back to the faithful God

Taste and See

Taste and See

A factual and spiritual approach to eating for those who want to develop a healthier relationship with food. Currently this is free to churches as part of a research programme.

Eating can make us feel good, giving us strength and energy and helping us to enjoy happy times with friends and family. But when life gets out of balance we may eat too much and it saps our energy, making us feel guilty, even as we seek food to fill the emotional gaps. Dieting, with it’s focus on food, can work for or against us.

The course ‘Taste and See’ will help you discover more about yourself and your relationship with food. Exploring how body, mind and spirit we are amazingly and wonderfully made, and how much God loves us.

The course is for anyone, regardless of faith background.
