Did you miss your Christmas Day service. Catch up with the Christmas story, as told by the children of St Peter’s Baptist Church, here:

Messy Church

Messy Church

Messy Church happens every month and is great fun for families with children under 11 years.

There are messy crafts, stories and songs. We paint, glue, ice, decorate, build, dance, sing and eat together!

Each session begins at 10am with crafts and then at about 11:30am we come together for a story and singing (sometimes our puppets join in with the fun!). We finish with a tasty lunch, eating sandwiches and cakes together.

Everyone is welcome at Messy Church! There is no charge but donations are always welcomed!

The dates for Messy Church this year are:

9th April Easter
7th May Abraham
4th June Moses and the ten plagues
2nd July The Ten Commandments
6th August Joshua and the battle of Jericho
3rd September David
1st October Queen Esther
5th November Light
3rd December The Christmas Story

Like us on Facebook ‘Messy Church St Peter’s Baptist Church‘ and keep up to date with Messy Church!

Roger Sutton spoke at one of our Sunday services in November, and Rob Marshall wrote a song which was inspired by a picture which God gave Rosie Hunter following Roger’s message. Rob has now recorded the song, sung by Natalie Kelsey. It’s available on our church YouTube channel, or you can watch it below. You can also download it as an MP3 file from this link. You can listen to Roger’s message from the service on our website here.
